About the role
Test, implement and support NYLOS ERP solutions inside Ethiopian enterprises — from setup and data migration through training, go-live and ongoing support.
What you'll do
- Test NYLOS ERP solutions before rollout — configurations, payroll and finance calculations, and client-specific workflows.
- Implement NYLOS at client sites: configure modules, migrate data from Peachtree, QuickBooks, Sage and spreadsheets, and set up users and permissions.
- Deliver role-based training on-site and remote, in English and Amharic.
- Support clients after go-live — resolve issues, answer questions and keep every rollout running smoothly.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years implementing or supporting ERP, accounting or HR systems.
- Working knowledge of Ethiopian accounting practice and labor law.
- Excellent client communication — patient, clear and professional.
- Fluent in English and Amharic.
Nice to have
- CPA, ACCA, or equivalent finance certification.
- Prior experience with Peachtree, QuickBooks, Sage or a major ERP.
